The Lions Club of Niagara FallsEstablished in 1922 the Niagara Falls Lions Club currently has over 50 members (some with over 50 years of continuous community service.) There is an annual membership fee of that covers some of the administrative costs within our Lions club, our Lions District and Lions Clubs International. We have 2 monthly dinner meetings, on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month, except for the months of July and August. Meetings are held our Niagara Falls Lions Club Community Centre at 4981 Drummond Road. Club members are encouraged to attendance our meetings and on a regular basis; however, there is ample opportunity to make up for missed meetings. Our Youth ProgramsLions make a strong service commitment to young people through several international programs. Each year, millions of students develop positive character assets and learn vital citizenship responsibilities through our Lions Quest school curriculum programs from K to 12. Worldwide, Lions-sponsored Leo Clubs perform various community service activities and support a special Literacy and Culture projects.
Physically challenged youth attend
Lions-sponsored camps where they learn to better understand themselves,
and are encouraged to positively accept the challenges they face. Projects We Support
Greater Niagara General Hospital We have partnered with the City of Niagara Falls to re-new our Lions Park. The planned amenities planned are all fully accessible including the children’s splash pad and playground. How We Raise Our Funds
